Speaking of tweakers, my neighbors are out of jail and back in their tweaker pad. As far as I can tell, they didn’t get their kids back. Yet. I head they got probation. My gun is loaded.

So far, so good! If they are on parole and want to get their kids back, they won’t do anything stupid to jeopardize that. Plus, they have been warned by other neighbors to keep their distance.
